  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer.
  • Shipping Charges:

  • Standard shipping rates as per distance from warehouse.

We are delighted to offer international shipping for customers outside India. Delivery times and shipping charges vary based on the destination country.

  • Delivery Time: Orders to international locations are typically delivered within 7-14 business days.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination country.

Please note: Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

  1. Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days after receiving payment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid any delays. Fashionpur India is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our shipping partner’s website or via the My Orders section on our website.

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select regions across India for orders under ₹2,000. A nominal COD handling fee of ₹50 will be applied at checkout.

While we aim to deliver your order within the specified timeframe, there may be occasional delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Unforeseen logistical issues

In such cases, we will keep you informed of any delays and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to receive the delivery, we will attempt to contact you for reshipment. Please note, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
